Mr. Lobo

Who is Mr. Lobo? Is he friend or foe? Will he save late night television or destroy it? Shrouded in the obsidian mystique of a formless void, this innovative horror host presides over Cinema Insomnia from the regal heights of the finest rocking chair that 1971 had to offer. The nationally syndicated show has been seen in over 30 television markets - The 2006 Halloween spectacular had a footprint of 45 Million households. The series premieres on BitTorrent (Fall 2007) and will be available to their 20 Million subscribers. Mr. Lobo has made hundreds of live appearences and is an advocate for "Bad Movies". In fact, he claims, "They're not bad movies just misunderstood".

Outside of Cinema Insomnia, you would assume Mr. Lobo is just another man, but no. He also founded the humor/media collective known as FAL Studios.

America's greatest tea-toddling humorist and horror host has produced radio and stage shows (The Last Thanksgiving, Edwoodstock, Mr. Lobo's Japanese Sci-Fi Superhow I & II, Mr. Lobo's Midnite Movie Spookshow, Mr. Lobo's Cult Cinema Supershow, Planet X Presents: A Live Creature features Show with Bob Wilkins, Radio Is Dead and The Moe Better Mann Show) and penned forwards for genre-related books (Monster Movie Memories, Wood Killers). He's also appeared in several independent films.

A talented cartoonist, Mr. Lobo has published comic books (Nuke Nova, FAL Brand Funny Pages) and trading cards (Sac Blows). He's put together some hillarious commercials (Chinsei knives, Rad Abrams: Skateboard Attorney, Pit Popper) and contributed to magazines (Planet X, Monster News, and 62) locally and abroad.
